Job Summary

BluShark Digital, is seeking an Administrative/Operations assistant. This position would work directly with management and will assist with a variety of different functions essential to the operations and business development of the company. The administrative assistant plays an integral role in ensuring that the daily operations of the office are running smoothly.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists with standard administrative tasks.
  • Answers and directs calls.
  • Performs customer relations duties as needed.
  • Assists in maintaining and organizing documents.
  • Orders supplies and works with vendors.
  • Assists with other essential functions of the company.
  • Assists with assigned marketing projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of office/administrative experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Must be customer service oriented.
