Job Summary

BluShark Digital, is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to work on office management responsibilities. This position would work directly with President of the agency and will assist with a variety of different functions essential to the operations and business development of the company. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performs customer relations and vendor management duties.
  • Assists with the creation and development of policies and procedures.
  • Performs some HR functions.
  • Coordinates, negotiates and communicates with vendors.
  • Assists with leading or overseeing assigned marketing projects.
  • Assists with and coordinates events and meetings.
  • Reports daily with upper management.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations.
  • Assists with other essential functions of the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required. Business related major preferred.
  • Master's of Business Administration is a plus.
  • 2+ years of operations and management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Must be customer service oriented.
