Job Summary

The Account Manager focuses on essential functions and tasks associated with the developmentof the company. This position provides administrative, customer service and analytical support to the heads of the company. This position runs reports and analytics of websites as well as tasks associated with developing proposals, customer management systems upkeep, on-boarding of clients and staff, and communicating with clients, contractors and other staff in order to accomplish the goals of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • ‚ÄčAssists President in managing, updating and maintaining prospect lists.
  • Assess customers' needs by running thorough reports and analytics.
  • Collaborates with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Performs database upkeep.
  • Assists with on-boarding process of clients and staff.
  • Assists with account management functions. 
  • Assists with other essential functions of the company. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior team leader experience is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have exceptional attention towards details.
