In this position, you would have the ability to work closely with our clients making their digital marketing strategy come to life. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, relaying action items to our digital marketing implementation team, and updating our clients as their search engine optimization strategy evolves. In addition to running reports and analytics of websites, the Digital Accounts Manager will collaborate with our clients, team members, and contractors in order to accomplish the goals of the company. The most important things to bring to this position are a willingness to learn, wanting to see projects through to the finish line, and a Sherlock Holmes eye for detail.

In our hiring process, each resume will be reviewed by our recruiting team. Selected candidates will participate in a quick, 15-minute phone interview, which is a great chance to make a positive first impression. We expect you will research a little about who we are and what we do prior to your phone interview. Candidates will be further reviewed and top applicants will be invited for a video call interview. The final candidates will be invited back for a shadow session, offering insight into the position’s day-to-day responsibilities.
