Job Summary

The Account Coordinator focuses on the essential functions and tasks associated with the agency's development and management of current clients. This position provides account management and administrative assistance to the President and Director of Accounts in regards to account management. The Account Coordinator will work on client reports, scheduling and reporting client communication, and communicating with clients and other staff in order to accomplish the goals of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client call scheduling
  • Compiling monthly client reports
  • Maintain client call notes
  • Facilitate Google My Business reviews

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must have exceptional attention towards details
